P Festival Plans Coming Together
(London) October 2013- For the last few months we've been talking about the first ever P Festival, a Filipino themed festival intended to bring the best music, entertainment and family fun to the UK Filipino community. Finest Workers UK Ltd. is happy to report that plans for the Septmeber 2014 event are moving along nicely.
The first ever P Festival will take place September 28 of next year. We do hope you are planning to attend.
As we continue to work hard to make P Festival happen, we are excited to say we now have a venue in place and pencilled in. Insurance has also been secured as well. Please visit this site as often as you can for future updates, as we will be announcing the venue very soon.
As for the event staff, things are coming together there as well. We have arranged for sound equipment and personnel, medical personnel, and various other workers needed to pull this event off. However, we are always looking for volunteers willing to come and be part of this historic event. We have a long list of volunteer positions available for you to choose from, so get in touch with us right away if you are interested.
Great Family Fun
If you're reading all of this and it does not make sense to you, you have probably not yet heard of P Festival. This festival is a two-day music event similar to Rockness, Glastonbury and the V Festival. Nevertheless, there are two things that make our festival different: a focus on Filipino music and culture and an atmosphere that is just as enjoyable for the family.
Our goal is to bring together Filipino families from all across the UK in an event that will strengthen our cultural ties as well as highlight what being a Filipino is all about.
Finest Workers is excited to be able to bring the first ever P Festival to the UK. We are expecting it to be both a great time and a huge success for 2014. Moreover, as soon as it's over, we'll start planning for the following year. If you haven't yet made any plans for September 28, why not plan to join us at the P Festival?
